Plastic hollow board (also known as hollow partition board, universal board, twin-wall board, corrugated plastic board) is made of modern chemical materials HDPE and HDPP. As a new-type material, it is lightweight (hollow structure), non-toxic, pollution-free, waterproof, shockproof, anti-aging, corrosion-resistant, and available in rich colors.
Compared with paperboard products, hollow board is superior in moisture resistance, corrosion resistance, and lighter weight, making it an ideal substitute for paperboard. Compared with injection-molded products, hollow board features better shock resistance, a flexible structural design, and no need for expensive injection molds. Meanwhile, antistatic and conductive masterbatches can be flexibly added during production by controlling raw materials, producing a plastic hollow board with conductive or antistatic functions. The surface resistivity of antistatic boards can be controlled between 10³ and 10¹¹ Ω/sq.
Hollow board (also called PP hollow board, plastic corrugated board) is produced in sheets (thickness 2–12 mm, maximum width 2300 mm), and processed into turnover boxes, foldable boxes, dividers, pallets, and other products. Products with different sizes, styles, and antistatic or conductive properties can be customized according to customer requirements.
Hollow board products are extruded from polypropylene raw materials, belonging to a new structural material with stable performance and high resistance to aging. It is an excellent alternative packaging material meeting the requirements of the new century. Hollow board products are reusable to reduce packaging and transportation costs. Defective products can be repaired and maintained, while scrapped products can be recycled and reprocessed.

Colorful & Printable
Thanks to its special molding process, plastic hollow board can be produced in any color by masterbatch coloring, with a smooth surface suitable for easy printing.
