Material and Construction
All bins are made from virgin or recycled polypropylene (PP) corrugated sheet, also known as correx or corflute. The twin-wall fluted structure provides high stiffness-to-weight ratio, moisture resistance, and chemical inertness. We offer board thicknesses from 2 mm to 12 mm, but picking bins typically use 3–5 mm for optimal balance of rigidity and foldability.
