Zhejiang Zhapu Plastic Co., Ltd. is a specialized manufacturer of corrugated plastic wardrobe boxes, also known as coroplast suit packing boxes or moving boxes. Since 2009, we have focused on the R&D and production of PP hollow board packaging, supplying durable, reusable, and moistureproof wardrobe boxes to moving companies, storage facilities, and retail packaging distributors across more than 50 countries.
Our wardrobe boxes are produced in our 13,333 m² factory in Zhejiang, China, using 9 advanced extrusion lines and post-processing equipment for die-cutting, box nailing, and printing. Materials and Construction
We manufacture wardrobe boxes from food-grade polypropylene (PP) resin, ensuring non-toxic, odorless, and moisture-resistant properties. The twin-wall fluted structure provides high compressive strength and impact resistance, while remaining flexible enough for folding and assembly.
