Zhejiang Zhapu Plastic Co., Ltd. is a specialized Coroplast Sheets Products manufacturer and supplier based in Pinghu, Zhejiang, China. Since 2009, we have focused on the R&D and production of polypropylene hollow boards, corrugated sheets, and fabricated packaging. Our 13,333 m² factory runs 9 extrusion lines plus die-cutting, box-nailing, and printing equipment, allowing us to deliver standard sheets and fully customized end products for logistics, agriculture, retail, and industry.
We supply a complete family of PP corrugated products — from raw board and protective sheeting to reusable totes, produce boxes, and display signage. Every item is produced in-house, giving you direct control over material grade, dimensions, printing, and assembly. Our Manufacturing and Engineering Approach
We are a full-process factory, not just a trader. Our production starts with virgin or recycled PP resin, which we extrude into twin-wall sheets. In 2024, we installed a water-based ink printing machine — the first eco-friendly hollow-board printer in Zhejiang — enabling high-quality graphics without solvent emissions.
Our in-house tooling and fabrication capabilities mean we can cut, score, fold, and assemble boxes and bins to your exact specification. We also offer lamination, anti-static, conductive, and flame-retardant variants for specialized environments.
