Electronics Industry

Hollow board is widely used in the electronics industry for its antistatic properties, electrical insulation, light weight, cleanliness, moisture resistance, and customizable partitioning. It is applied in electronic component handling, PCB protection, finished product packaging, workshop material management, and cleanroom operations throughout production, storage, and transportation.
In the production and assembly of electronic components, hollow boards are often made into antistatic turnover boxes, divided inserts, partitions, and trays for the classified storage and assembly line circulation of small materials such as IC chips, resistors, capacitors, connectors, and precision hardware. The antistatic material effectively prevents static damage to sensitive electronic components and dust adsorption caused by static electricity, ensuring component cleanliness and stable performance. It's good toughness avoids surface scratches and damage to components.
For the PCB industry, hollow board is a commonly used protective and handling material, manufactured into special interlayer pads, rack holders, and turnover baskets to prevent surface scratches, copper foil damage, and component collision during circuit board transportation. Its smooth, moisture-proof, and dust-free characteristics make it particularly suitable for PCB workshops and clean environments, being cleaner and more durable than traditional paperboards and reusable.
In the packaging of electronic finished and semi-finished products, hollow boards can replace cartons and foam to make customized packaging boxes and inner buffer structures for the transportation packaging of displays, power supplies, industrial control equipment, small household appliances, and other products. It provides compression and shock resistance as well as waterproof and moisture-proof performance, effectively protecting electronic equipment from extrusion, vibration, and humidity during logistics. It is foldable and recyclable, reducing long-term packaging costs.
For in-plant material management and clean protection, hollow board is often used to produce shelf dividers, parts storage boxes, station baffles, and clean area partitions. It is low-dusting, easy to clean, and oil-resistant, meeting the requirements of clean workshops in electronics factories. It helps standardize material placement and improve on-site management efficiency. An insulated hollow board can also be used as an insulation spacer inside electrical equipment to enhance electrical safety.
For export and high-end electronic manufacturing, hollow board complies with environmental and antistatic industrial standards. It is odorless, dust-free, and recyclable, meeting the specifications of international logistics and clean workshops, making it an important industrial material for lean production, clean protection, cost reduction, and efficiency improvement in the electronics industry.
